Made from only bittersweet cider apples traditionally grown in Herefordshire. Classic varieties of 100 years ago from organic orchards are pressed and fermented to produce this distinctive cider.
It takes over a kilogram of apples to produce one bottle resulting in  afruity nose and full bodied palate with  a crisp clean finish.
