Delivery
We deliver throughout the mainland UK for our standard delivery rate of £10.99 with a few exceptions these post codes require a different delivery rate as shown here.

For all delivery areas that require a different delivery rate please click on one of the links above and choose your destination and the delivery charge will be added to your basket.

The majority of mainland UK orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered next working day however delivery on any particular date is not guaranteed.

All items require a signature on delivery from a person over the age of 18 as required by British law (ID may be required by the courier to confirm this) otherwise items will be returned to the depot to await collection by the consignee and appropriate ID.

Any items that the unable to be delivered by the courier will be returned to the depot to await collection by consignee. (A card will be left at delivery address to advice of this)

Any items returned to Cyderstore due to none delivery / collection will only receive a partial refund to cover the transport costs of returning the items to Cyderstore.

Product Information
We maintain controls to advertise our products accurately, However this cannot guarantee the accuracy of information within our Website as the Website is constantly updated due to the nature of the product and small errors may become evident therefore E & O apply.

Availability
In the unlikely event of a stock shortage we will contact you and advice of the expected delivery date.

Payment
All Products purchased from Cyderstore are processed through Pay Pal’s Secure Payments System either using your bank card or Pay Pal account at no extra charge.

All payments are subject to checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

No Products will be delivered prior to these checks being completed.

If your card company refuses to authorise payment to us, we shall not accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
